okay, okay, so now that we’ve made every hand joke ever, how about you sit down and take a few moments to think about how completely devastating it is that jaime just lost his sword hand in the matter of seconds with no chance to fight or defend himself. his sword is his everything, and now he’s lost the power to wield it. he’s lost the defining part of his entire being. 

so yeah. just think about that for a bit and try not to throw up from sadness and discomfort.

As we gear up for season three, I just wanted to give you guys a quick little guide to my GoT blog

• I do not post book spoilers; however, once something has officially aired, it’s free game. So if you’re one of those people who waits a couple days to watch an episode, I’d steer clear of my blog during that time.
• Jaime Lannister is my favorite character, and at some point during season three, he’ll become your favorite too. So just fyi, there’s going to be a lot of Jaime on this blog this season. Like on a scale of 1 to 10 - a shit ton. 
• I normally queue my posts just because I don’t like dash clogging of one fandom - but every Sunday night (when a new episode airs), I’ll be posting and reblogging like crazy. Sorry ahead of time for the GoT clutter shitstorm of posts.
